Bags with Spout

Bags with a twistable spout in the middle or on the side of the bag, for drinking liquids are easy to take away and to consume in bags like this.  They can be used for drinking fruit juice, wine, dairy drinks, water, ect.  We also developed a special baby safe spout which can not be swallowed by babies.

You can fill liquids cool or warm till 80-85⁰C in bags with a spout or you can pasteurize or sterilize your liquids in the bags after filling, depending on the type of film used for this.

Next to our “square” type bags with spout, it’s also possible to order special shaped bags so your packaging will draw more attention in a display.  Ask us for all possibilities.

Bags with spout can be delivered in 2 different performances:

• Stand up bag with spout.
• Bag with spout without gusset.

Stand up bags with a spout are filled through the spout by a automatic filling machine which also places and seals the cap after filling the bag.

Bags with spout and without gusset will be filled upside down through the “open” bottom, after which the bottom will be closed and sealed. After filling and closing, the bags can be either pasteurized or sterilized also depending on material used.

When opening the spout a seal needs to be broken first for safety reasons, by just turning the bottle cap, this cap can be closed again to prevent spilling any drink.

Off course all these bags can be printed full-color in just any way you like.
